Description This route is between Oscar de la Cholla and Puff Daddy. It forms the buttress to the right of Oscar de la Cholla, and is identified by an easy start on blocky terrain to gain a beautiful slab. Ascend the slab with crimps and pockets to the bottom of a lieback flake and lieback past a few bolts to the anchors. It looks harder than it is. This has great climbing and is better, IMO, than Oscar de la Cholla.
Protection 8 bolts.

Great short route. If not for the broken pillar at the start I would give it 3 stars. Perfect stone and great position leads up to the pure "power layback" at the finish.

Better climbing at the top than Cholla...sweet lieback.

Climbed this route day before yesterday. Noticed there were two sets of anchors at the top of the route. The set of anchors to the right are placed above a bunch of huge loose rocks that seem like they could be easily dislodged if you step on them. I managed to clean most of the extremely loose stuff off, but there are a couple of potential belayer / crag dog / bystander killers looming. Be careful.

Agree that this one was better, or least more fun, than Oscar.
