Auburn Quarry Open Daily 'til Sundown! MORE INFO >>>

Easy route with large cracks and rock outcroppings for holds. BEWARE: there is a large flake about 2/3 of the way up that is cracked on the left side from the top of the flake to the bottom of the flake. It seems like several hundred pounds of rock is ready to fall at any time. Avoid using this flake.

3 bolts to anchors.

Top rope could be set from anchors by walking around to the top (very easy 1 min hike).

First bolt is missing a hangar (as of 2014), but the horn to its right can be slung. Many climbers clip the first bolt to the right then traverse left to finish this one, but it sets you up for a potential pendulum or short ground fall, and creates a bottleneck on busy days, so best to avoid that.

As of 5-19-13 the first bolt is out. I found the bolt and the ring on the bottom and put it next to the route.

Still no first bolt (just a stud) and still no rap rings. Vandalism?

First bolt remains hanger-less as of August 2014. You can easily clip the first two bolts of "Unknown 5.9" and traverse over though.
