The Zone V12 (HCR, AR)...?

I've been scouring the internet looking for information on this boulder problem, called The Zone, somewhere in/near Horseshoe Canyon Ranch. The FA by Sharma was featured in Dosage Vol. 3 and it was repeated a few years ago by Jimmy Webb, but there still seems to be very little information on it. From maps I've looked at it looks like it's not actually on the ranch property but is about a 30 min hike from the ranch. An interview with Jimmy on the problem and area made it seem like there used to be access issues but weren't anymore. But maybe that has changed since that was in 2009. Does anyone have any information on this boulder? Where it is and if it is accessible? It would be much appreciated.

I don't have any information on the problem itself, but as a former AR resident, I know there is a lot of stuff out in the woods around HCR that is private property/access issues/just plain backwoods hard to find. I also don't highly recommend trespassing unless you've got a flack jacket on.
At least until a few years ago, it seemed that rockclimbing.com was more popular for AR climbing, so you might find some more information there if no one bites here. You might also want to ask around- call the ranch, I'd say try the bouldering gym in Fayetteville if it still exists... Good luck!
