Description

A superb route up a black varnished face. Wanders past 11 bolts on excellent, thin patina crimpers and a couple improbable crux sequences to anchor.

Location

Located downstream on the West Wall, past Stick It, just inside Shady Grove. Just left of the Dark Star offwidth.

Protection

11 bolts & mussy hooks.

Passing the first crux of The Winsloner for the onsight. This is a wonderful climb up thin crimps on solid patina edges. The OW to the right is Darkstar (9+). Photo by Manny R.

Absolutely amazing route! 4 stars all around. Some of the clips are exciting and there are long reaches in spots so it would be even more difficult for short people. Incredible climbing though!
