The whole natural art of protection: Win one of seven sets of DMM Nuts.

In 1967 Royal Robbins went on a climbing trip North Wales and England. Whilst there he experienced manufactured nuts, or chocks, that British climbers used for free climbing.

At the time piton use was still widespread in the USA; the continual driving home and removal of steel pegs caused scarring of the rock. On his return to the USA Royal made the first ascent of Nutcracker in Yosemite Valley using these artificial chockstones.
