Description

Approach as for Face To Face across from the Storm Mountain area. Aim for the pillar feature against the Wedge.

Getting There

Start hiking up the east side of the drainage trail to Stairs Gulch. This crag is up and east (left of) of Face to Face. The rock is better than Face to Face and is characterised by a pillar appearing feature that leans against the crag. Very golden brown hard quartzite constitutes the rock. No signs of previous climbers in this area!

North West Facing.Belay under some trees in the shade. Climb the pillar directly using very thin edges and great moves passing 8 bolts to a two-bolt belay....[more]   Browse More Classics in UT
