Description 

Sit start with both hands as low as you can go with your left heel hooked and placed in a slight depression. Continue up the arete and top out at the end. A great little warm up.

Location 

Locate the large pile of rocks that have obviously fallen of the cliff. The largest boulder is the tooth boulder. It is opposite Ludwig's dude and Resistance.

Protection 

one pad, there is a boulder right off the start that could really hurt your tail bone.
