Getting There 

Per Jesse Brown: this is above and to the left of the boulders that host Roast Possum Vinegar Pie, Black Tea, and Short Bus. It is a big boulder above the ground level. If you can find The Miser, a cool V7, then just continue left for 50 feet and boom! You're there.
