DescriptionThe Playground is in the Sore Heel Hollow area of the PMRC. The rock is in two segments that meet in a corner. To the left of the corner the rock is overhung and pocketed. To the right of the corner the rock is more slabby. The corner itself is a trad route called Octopus Tag. All the climbs at The Playground are good, forty to sixty feet high, and primarily sport routes with two trad routes. Getting TherePark in the Sore Heel Hollow parking lot. Follow the road opposite the parking lot north, switching back until you're above the parking lot kiosk. Take the road towards the east, past trails on the left to Volunteer Wall and Left Field until you reach the marked trail leading to The Playground.
