Getting There Suggest change

Drive past the observation deck on the one lane park loop road and park at either the next left or right pullouts, the right one has larger boulders along it.  Head towards the lake staying left on the trail and you'll come to a small clearing with a view of the obvious pinnacle. The regular routes are on the lake side.  Carefully descend a very steep trail to the base.  Tying off to trees is prohibited in the park!  This means slacking and ham-mocking as well!!
