Can a 70m rap make it to the ground on: The Partition and Butterflies are Free or are double 60m necessary?

You can walk off the top by heading left when you get to the top of Partition per Adirondacks Rock

Short answer: yes you can do two raps with a single 70m rope. I'm not sure how this is easier or safer than just walking around but you can do it.
