Description Suggest change

Down and left of the Lower Cliff, there are some random boulders strewn about. The class of the area is The Outlier Boulder itself, as it's clearly the biggest boulder. There are other, smaller boulders nearby that might have some problems, but this area has nowhere near the density of the Hive and Skyfall.

Getting There Suggest change

From the Lower Cliff, hike left and slightly downhill. You'll see the big Outlier Boulder after less than five minutes. Random potential exists all around.
