You can read about the warning here. There is extensive rebolting being done to replace suspect bolts with titanium glue-ins.

Description Steep climbing to a bulge and past a ledge. Don't fall above the ledge; it looks like it could get nasty.
Location 2nd route from the left. To the right of the large stalactites on the left side of the beach facing the wall.
