Description
The tallest and most continuous sector of Ban-y-Gor, with some of it's most impressive routes. There are actually two tiers, but the upper tier is currently restricted for environmental protection (rare plants) and because it tops out into some people's gardens.
The lower tier is about 20-30m high, and unfortunately split by a ledge at just under half height for most of its length. Above the ledge, the routes often get steep and burly, crossing enormous stacked roofs.
Some of the classics of the area are:
Muddy Waters (5.10a)
Heady Days (5.11a)
Pet Cemetery (5.11d)
Almost Me (5.12d)

Getting There
This is at the very far left end of the crag, probably 20-30 minutes walk from the car. Continue along the path at the base of the crag, past the crawl and a few smaller outcrops on the right. Shortly after this, the path forks: take the left fork for the lower tier. (The right fork leads to the restricted upper tier.)
