Location Suggest change

From the parking lot, walk up the road into the notch on the left side (facing traffic). You'll pass a historic marker as you crest the notch; approximately 1/10 of a mile further on, you'll be underneath the Entertainer (easily seen from the road), and there'll likely be a reasonably broken path through any snow. Zigzag your way up the scree slope, taking care to avoid being underneath anyone ahead of you - the rocks really don't freeze in place, and usually remain quite loose. A helmet for the hike isn't a bad idea; ice has come down and, in the right conditions, can easily reach most of the way down the slope.

Protection Suggest change

Bolted rap anchors are at the top of each side. You can reach the bottom with a single 60m rope. Standard ice rack.
