The "heavy" must have gone a little too tough on Austin then if he's had it since thanksgiving. Must have sent him straight to the hospital for an extended stay. Jonathan Steitzer

Dream Weaver in it's death throws
Glad to see my questions about the stopper the other night prompted some more traffic on the stopper. I'm happy to take the next shift on the stopper and promise to return it sooner than the last. It's being treated like a library book right now... joking...mostly. And it was good to meet you last night Tony.

The traveling stopper was the new traveling Biner. Does that answer your question?
I wasted a perfectly good peice of pro and $2 shipping it to people and what did I get for that. I sent Austin an Email which was ignored and he can read this and it's ignored.
I guess all I have to do to build a rack is keep promising to write a story and accumulate it bit by bit?
Antin, at least, had an excuse...

This never would have happened on ST.

Seems cursed to me. Beware the Traveling Stopper.

edit: we should all mass email austin and have the stopper returned to Tony. Then Tony, you post a trip report on destroying the stopper in some Tolkienesque manner. Thus ridding the world of it's evil.

This sounds more reasonable.

edit edit: I'll send you $2 to cover the cost of this TR

Three Stoppers for the Stonemaster-kings under the sky,
Seven for the Vulgarian-lords in their halls of stone,
Nine for the n00bs doomed to die,
One for the Dark Lord Administrator on his dark throne
In the Land of Mountain Project where the Trolls lie.
One Stopper to rule them all, One Stopper to find them,
One Stopper to bring them all and in the darkness bind them
In the Land of Mountain Project where the Trolls lie.

Yeah, of course, Austin has to be Gollum.

This is going to be an epic trip report.

Wait. Is this real? Am I imagining it?

Thank the Gods this got bumped. I knew Evil was somewhere in this world collecting itself and getting stronger. That evil is the traveling stopper. Stich

His first post to the thread. Hmmm... so "in" as he put it that every fiber in his being yearned for the precious stopper. It consumed him on the climb it did. "Bootier" they called him. The Brotherhood fell apart as corruption entered the heart of Austin.

I suggest a cavity search.

This is how Austin looks today. He won't even place the Nut of Power, preferring to use cams!

And I suppose Mr. Rational has a better explanation for what happened to Austin and the traveling stopper?

Look, I know the supernatural is something that isn't supposed to happen, but it does happen.

HAHAHAHA... Tony started a post based on The Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants. A Young Adult novel at best... I'd rather be a nerd than a 15 year old girl Glenn.

That's sideways!!

Enough of the talk. I am going to climb this weekend and snap a video of my hex along with a biner in Blodgett. I like the idea of when a video or picture is posted that the next comment after the post receives the the gear. I am going to keep my yellow tape marker around the wire. Once you receive the gear either place your colored tape on the hex or the biner. Cover half of my tape. Video will be up Sunday. It's officially on

Wow, this dude was full of it too... or did I miss the video? Did it violate rule #1?
