Description

P1. M3, 60m. Start in the obvious chimney/runnel, pull over an iced-up chokstone.

P2. M3, 40m. Climb around a low angle, slabby corner to gain the big snow ramp.

P3. Steep snow, 60m.

A single rope rappel gets you down to the scree and talus slope.

In the spring, this is mostly a steep snow climb with a few WI2 sections.

Location

This is located on the 1st Apron above Summit Lake. The approach time is 45 minuntes.

One single rope rappel gets you down off the 3rd class ledge or you can forge your way up on rock to the ridge.

Protection

Alpine rack and a few screws.
