Description

If you are looking for a 5.11 arête, then this is your rig. Expect thoughtful climbing the whole way up. Originally done as a 4 bolt mixed route, it no doubt would have been too spicy for most suitors and was fortunately retro-bolted by the first ascensionist.

One of the best arêtes in the gorge.

Location

The arete left of "Giveaway."

Protection

8 bolts + anchors.

I loved this route. Big moves at the start and tricky body english thereafter.
