Hi, I wonder if someone has had any experience with testosterone supplements in the context of a rock climber. I was reading about it here: |

I write this because I hear that you will only benefit your levels by the sex with a real person and not by simply playing with your whang while watching the naked videos of the internets. |

I was reading about it here: fusion.net/story/42619/why-… which picked my curiosity. Thanks!Assuming you are "old enough" and/or have numbers "low enough" you can get Testosterone legally from your doctor (there are several delivery methods). But it is (or should be) a decision made after trying everything else to bring up your natural levels (diet, legal supplements, exercise, etc). Messing with your hormones is serious stuff and not something to depend on "bro science" off the internet for your information. A good start would be some blood work - knowing where you stand and what other things might be going on is critical. Everyone should probably have a full blood workup when in their 20s - then down the road, you will have a baseline set of numbers when (or if) things do go wrong. Thyroid for example is a very common condition that is easily treatable and has serious consequences if untreated. It's easy to find anemia and its cause starting with blood work. Something to be aware of in regards to climbing is testosterone supplementation weight gain is common - which is not a good thing for a climber. Also Hormone (testosterone) Replacement Therapy is generally for life - once you go on, you will be on forever - and depending on circumstances - it may not be cheap. SEE A REAL ENDOCRINOLOGIST. |
