Private Property issues MORE INFO >>>
The West Bank / Wild West / Secret Crag has been problematic for years due to access concerns. There have been negative encounters with gun-toting landowners who have alleged that the entire mountain is on private property. Typical approaches involve brief crossing of railroad property which appears to be prohibited. Exact demarcation of property boundaries are not always clear. When in doubt, be discrete or polite. Do not park your vehicle near the railroad tracks near Plainview. It is a well-known irritant to Plainview residents.
This information is a public crowdsourcing effort between the Access Fund,
and Mountain Project. You should confirm closures, restrictions, and/or related dates.

Keeping climbing areas open and conserving the climbing environment

Description Start just left of Railing and shares the same anchors. Look for a big flake around the 1st bolt. I would recomend preclipping the first two bolts. This is a pretty short climb that has good holds separated by some big moves. It helps to be tall.
Protection 5 bolts + 2 for anchors.
Location Eds: Per above: Terminal appears to be just left of Railing. Railing is located in the main cave. It is the farthest right bolt line out of the cave.

I changed the grade on this one from 12d to 13a after talking with a lot of climbers and this seems to be the more accurate consensus. I'll still be interested to see what other people think.

13a, especially if you're short.

While the lower crux is undeniably easier if you're tall, the upper crux, is IMO just plain hard. Even being 6'1", I still think this warrants the 13a grade.
