Description Suggest change

This is a great morning crag in the summer and great all day spring and fall - it pretty much faces west. The only bummer about this crag is the slab that all but a few of the routes start on. Happily, the developers installed a nice static rope all the way up the slab.

Getting There Suggest change

Drive up US 550 and pass the Engineer Pass turnoff, continue uphill and park at the large pullout on the right (emergency phone here), about 1/2 mile past Engineer Pass. Now, head uphill about 200 yds. - you'll see the Techno Crag up above to your left. Find a faint trail leading steeply uphill at first, then switchbacking left and find yourself below one of Ouray's finest crags.
