It's by the big new futuristic mansion on the edge of the gardens. Go up Kojori highway (weave up the road from Freedom Square, ask someone for Kojori). Go through switchbacks up the hill, through the tunnel by the mansion. Park on the road on the left soon after the tunnel by a house. Ask the guards if you can walk through, then go off to the left around the building if they let you. If not, the path starting at the end of the dirt road outside the gate should work. There could be some access issues due to the construction of the building there so be extra nice.
