The Joshua Tree National Park Superintendent's Compendium states that:
1. Vegetation is not allowed to be used as an anchor.
2. Only neutral or rock colored bolt hangers are allowed.

Description
Climb Tax Man to just below the final bit and traverse left 15 feet along a horizontal crack to finish the fun finger crack bit of Tax Free. This is a fun alternative finish and just about as hard as the final bit of Tax Man. Take care with the loose lip along the traverse.
