Permit required above 6500 meters. MORE INFO >>>

This is an unclimbed peak that can be seen from the Gilgit-Skardu road, or from flights from Islamabad-Skardu. The peak is like a flat topped pyramid with 4 distinct faces, and is is made up of granite.

The peak is in an open zone and is less than 6500 meters in elevation therefore no permits are required to climb it. Despite all this it remains unclimbed.

The peak is located in the Deosai mountains near the town of Rondu on the Skardu-Gilgit road.

A standard big-wall rack although ice protection might be needed in climbs done from May-June or in September.

How do you rate a climb that has yet to be done and that you're not yet capable of doing?

Please explain this as it makes no sense at all? Maybe there is something I am missing?
