Contact Petch. He's a good, safe and personable guide (as well as being cheaper than the other guide services):

It might be too cold at Lover's Leap, but there are other areas he could take you to (Phantom Spires, for example).

shouldn't the roads be closed to phantom?

a little over an hour, the leap is gonna be in the shade most of the day and the temps are supposed to drop off a bit. the road to phantom closes with snow, so that might not be your best bet either. maybe some guys from n shore will chime in with whats good their way. if you can find something s facing and dry at donner, that might be worth checking out.

Petch guides at Sugarloaf, too, which is unlikely to be affected by snow, but further from Incline Village.

Not sure of the status of the Wright's Lake road (access to Phantom Spires) but this has been a low snow year.

Petch will figure it out for you. Don't worry, he'll hook you up, as "they" say.

Hour and a half? Check out a map - Sugarloaf is right above the tiny town of Kyburz. Petch may be able to guide somewhere closer to Incline Village that is accessible in the winter. There is climbing much closer to Incline Village, as ze dirtbag mentioned, but for guided climbing, go with Petch.

Guideline #1: Don't be a jerk.
