Tahoe Area Climbing Partners

Hi,

My name is Keith and I am a 24 year old male. I just moved to Reno from Bozeman, MT to go to grad school at UNR. I am looking for regular partners to climb with in Tahoe and the surrounding areas and/or folks looking to get out for a day or so, who are passing through. I have weekends free and can sometimes get off early on Friday afternoons. I will have winter breaks and summers off for longer trips. I am looking for partners to get out and do some trad and/or get on some ice in the sierras this winter. As for me, I consider myself a safe belayer and climber as I have taken an AMGA SPI Course this spring and I am planning to take my exam soonish. I am currently leading trad at about 5.8/9 and I am leading ice around WI3+/4. Skill level is not as important as people who are safe, enthusiastic, and looking to have fun.
