Tahoe - Eagle creek butt in winter?

anyone know conditions at eagle creek butt? What about any other south shore crags or back country destinations?

Besides the approach it looked clear of snow from the trail today.

Was climbing in tshirts at Sugarloaf on Friday.

i was thinking it would be fun and in not bad condition...the approach on the other hand looks no fun.

with a little more snow and skis the approach (and ski run out) could make it a real awesome day.

right now it looks like some terrible postholing in shallow snow over big boulders.

90 foot wall is fine, and good ice around there too. Ice in the morning and rock in the afternoon.
