Description

Large flat topped rock near back-entrance road into Pedras Negras. The west face of the rock is within 15-20m of the road, making access easy even in the rainy season. It is the 4th main formation in a line of stacked towers when going North to South.

Getting There

Take the same road into the rocks as if going to Darth Vader continuing into the main group of rocks, you will enter an area of thicker vegetation (jungle) in a canyon formed by tall lines of towers on either side. The rock will be on your left hand side when exiting the thick jungle area. 'Grand Staircase' is the obvious arête/ramp immediately in front of the road as you emerge from the trees.
