This probably isnt the right forum but maybe some one is interested or can point me to the right place:

I want to summit one of the many mountains in the nw region (mt hood, rainier, adams, jefferson, etc.) I have no training in mountaineering but im in good shape and am willing in investing into some gear if necessary. If anyone is doing any trips and wouldnt mind letting me tag i would be super grateful. Or if you want me to provide the group i could probably get together some nice folks.

Shoot me a text if you can be of service. Please and thank you. =]

I don't mean this in a negative way at all, but what you are asking for here is basically for someone to act as your guide. You might do better contacting one of the numerous professional guide services if all you really want is to summit a volcano. By the time you purchase necessary gear to do this on your own, you could probably have paid a professional service (which will have gear available for loan/rent). And, if you really don't know much about mountaineering, a professional guide, who works all the time with people just like you, will be better able to give you a safe, fun, and rewarding climbing experience.

I would definitely spend a day or two with a guide and learn how to efficiently climb steep snow, build anchors, some rescue stuff and travel roped up. If you're a quick learner you could easily top out most of the Oregon mountains as part of the lessons / guiding.

With the exception of Adams you just listed some peaks that you really don't want to mess around with. Skip the guide and start with some fun "no brainers." South SIster, McLaughlin, Helens. Then move onto more thought provoking ones like Middle Sister, Diamond Peak, Adams. Once you've done these, you will know if you need a guide or not.

Hood is technically easy, but there is a lot going on up there that you wouldn't think to look for being new. Especially the SPOREs.

Rainier adds some technical and gear, and is a big undertaking.

Jefferson.... Stay away from Jeff

Do be discouraged and be safe.
Guideline #1: Don't be a jerk.
