Description 

Summit Block Rock is located tucked away inside the northwesternmost shadow of Coffeepot Rock and barely visible until you're fairly close. If you squint a lot and use your imagination, it sort of looks like a big sandstone candlestick with a rock flame on top.

Updated "getting there" beta:
From the 89a drive North on Coffee Pot Dr.
At the 1st stop sign turn left and drive West on Sanborn Dr.
Turn Right on Little Elf Dr and drive North until road turns right.
Park in the Sugar Loaf Trail head parking lot.
Be respectful of the neighborhood and drive slowly!
