Suggestions on moderate hikes in Bryce Canyon and Capitol Reef?

We'll be heading to Utah in early September visiting Zion, Bryce Canyon, Capitol Reef, Canyonlands, Moab, etc...any suggestions on hikes or things to do in Bryce Canyon or Capitol Reef?

I was planning to hike the Navajo/Peekabook Loop and Lower Calf Creek Falls (spending about a day or so in each area).

Some alternatives I considered were Sulfer Creek, Queen's Garden, Fairyland Loop.

Any other worth-while hikes/climbs/etc?

TIA

It's short and easy, but the Strike Valley hike in Cap Reef is really good. A short drive/hike up Muley Twist then an awesome view. Also Red canyon ? i think, itstarts down at the small campground on Notom Bullfrog road

Guideline #1: Don't be a jerk.
