Stuck Biner on Out of the Bag at NRG

While climbing this on 6/09/2015, my partner and I had to leave a stuck carabiner at the 7th bolt of Out of the Bag at Rico Suave. It somehow got wedged between the hanger, the rock, and the bolt, and is completely stuck. We tried everything for about a half an hour to get it out and it won't budge. I'm not sure if you would be able to fit another draw in there, though you probably could, but it's also (in my opinion) the most difficult clip (of course).

I also sent a message to the email listed in the guidebook. Just please be mindful of this, and be careful.

Is it clipped to the bolt?

Yes. We had hung the draw normally and the biner clipped to the hanger is stuck. I let the people at Water Stone know, too.
