| Just about to complete my four week phase of endurance and technique and about to start the power and strength portion of my training and was looking for suggestions and opinions. Since i could lose some weight i'm also running some. Monday: cardio Tuesday: Hard bouldering 25 problems or working single moves of problems. 3 sets of pullups Wednesday: rest or light cardio Thursday: Warm up then One arm traversing 12 holds 3 sets for each hand. one arm lunging 3 sets of 8 to 12 moves for each hand. campus ladder 6 moves 3 to 6 sets campus lock offs 12 touches 6 per hand 2-4 sets cool down with onsite boulder problems. Friday Rest Saturday: rest sunday: indoor gym climbing working on projects performance day Is this way to much, should i be adding things want to do this right and see improvements. already seeing progress from the endurance technique phase. | Resting three days a week is too much resting. Run on all those rest days if you really want to lose weight. Or do yoga. |  FLAG |

| Ok, my wife says I should be more constructive. If you have had success with focusing on technique, you should keep milking that cow until it goes dry. It may take several years, but I guarantee you, that is your best bang for the buck in the long run. |  FLAG |
