UDOT will ticket cars parked on the south side of the canyon opposite the Secret Garden bouldering area. MORE INFO >>> During the SCLA/Access Fund Adopt-a-Crag Event (Fall 2007), climbers built a new trail from the Little Cottonwood Park-and-Ride. The trail provides easy access to lower canyon bouldering and climbing at the Bongeater and Crescent Crack Buttresses. To avoid traffic problems on the highway and tickets from the Utah Department of Transportation, please use the Park-and-Ride parking to access lower canyon bouldering and climbing. UDOT will ticket cars parked on the south side of the canyon opposite the Secret Garden bouldering area. This information is a public crowdsourcing effort between the Access Fund, and Mountain Project. You should confirm closures, restrictions, and/or related dates. Description 

To get to Stepson, follow the trail into Secret Garden. First, pass the Copperhead Boulder on the right, then keep going straight to the All Thumbs boulder. Stepson is on a small slabby boulder just west of the All Thumbs boulder.

Start on top of a small boulder, with a hole to watch out for on the right. Climb up the slab through small shallow pockets. Easy descent off to the right.
