This is more accurate:

The Southeastern Climbers Coalition purchased A SMALL PORTION OF this crag via a grassroots campaign of fundraising and volunteer effort by organization members and supporters, precisely to provide access to a climbing area that IS STILL LARGELY off-limits as it is still privately held and not owned by the SCC.

So the area description is a bit more accurate than the above SCC Board Member would have you believe.
