Description

a nice campus board like feature with foot holds off to both sides. The holds are positive, and the landing is great. High traffic ( when classes are in session). So far...very low bust potential.

I have wanted to top out on this...the moves are not particularly difficult...but the psychological factor has kept me from going for it.

you would have to down climb to get off.

Location

north side of "steam tower"- which is a square concrete building near waldo library and knauss hall. Look for the obvious campus board like feature. Look for the small sculpture of a person balancing (slack lining?) at the top of this building.

Protection

super nice landing, no pads needed

This is a fun climb.... and I agree... you will want to top out. I have not had any authority/gauker problems, but have only been there in the evening. Seems you could try a Rambo style leap to the pine tree that hides the climb as a form of descent. Futher research will have to be done. It looks like there is much more climbing to be done on this problem, AND, top out will happen.
