Staying in shape with a lat/terres injury?

I injured a muscle under the shoulder, Terres major, by the looks of it. The muscle is responsible, together with Latissimus dorsi, for pulling the hand down from the over-head position as well as for stabilising the upper back (e.g. it is involved in sneezing :) So, with that in mind, what kinda of exercises can I do to stay in shape while I can't climb?

Does it hurt trying to lift things off the floor? If not, there are a lot of climbing specific hand/finger exercises you can still do involving weights.

I would really recommend going to a good PT. A couple sessions can make a huge difference. Ask around at your local shop / gym for recommendations

Guideline #1: Don't be a jerk.
