St. George Thanksgiving

My wife and I are looking to travel to St. George from Denver for the Thanksgiving weekend. She doesn't really climb, but I'm looking for a partner. I'm hoping to climb 12- sport. It would also be awesome if you had a significant other interested in some sightseeing, as my wife would really like to check out Zion or other surrounding eye candy instead of watching me flail all day.
