| I sprained my ankle about 1.5 months ago in an incident involving cheap beer and the roof of a moving car...and it still hurts. I went to the doctor after it happened, and the x-rays confirmed that nothing was broken, so I decided to just let it heal. I went on a climbing trip to Colorado where it felt fine most of the time, but now I find that it is stiffening up considerably when I sit for a long time, which makes driving to climb a pain in the ass because I end up limping down the trail for a little bit before it loosens up. I sprained the inside of my ankle, which I am aware is the more rare form of a sprained ankle, and was wondering if anyone else has sprained the inside of their ankle, and how long it took to heal. | FLAG |
