Sport climbing mentor--Chattanooga

I’m looking for a mentor in the Chattanooga area. I’ve been climbing for about a year and a half--mostly bouldering (v2-v4) in the gym and at LRC. I really want to make myself a more well-rounded climber and get into sport climbing (at the gym or outside, if anyone is braving the summer heat) or possibly trad. My endurance needs improving since I’m only climbing about 5.10a/b on TR (lack of consistent roping-up taking its toll). My goal is to be able to work on leading high 10s/low 11s in time for the October climbing blitz. Obviously, I would like to get stronger (who doesn’t?) But I’m really looking for someone with a lot of experience who can help me identify my technical weaknesses and, most importantly, help me improve my mental focus--I’ve read “The Rock Warrior’s Way” and try to practice Ilgner’s principles, but I think I would benefit from partnering up with someone who is really keyed-in to the mental/meditative side of climbing.

I’m free on Fridays and Saturdays, and I’ve got two bouldering pads and a set of draws, but no rope. Beer and/or gas to Leda, Fosters, etc. is on me, and I would also be willing to spring for a gym rope (if that’s a better place to get started) as a good faith investment in the venture, then maybe get a 60m when the weather cools off in the fall and I feel more established.
