Three bolts, and a bolted anchor with chains at the top. The first bolt is fairly high, you wouldn't want to deck there.

Crux for me is stepping up from the point at the top of the chimney onto the upper slab. Well protected with a bolt at your face so might as well go for it. Just don't forget to put a big sling around the rock pinnacle atop the chimney.
