Private Land-gate closed and locked by nightfall. MORE INFO >>>

Climb the very large roof at the right end of Boy Scout Ledges. As far as I know it's only been done using creative aid techniques. I also don't know if any one has yet to free this climb.

There are super small holds under the roof, and the lip is no where near as good as you would want. should you want to try your hand at freeing this climb.

The rating was given because the original FA party having technical difficulties to overcome and having to use innovative techniques to make it up this climb.

It should go with out saying, bolts/hammering anything into the climb is prohibited.

it's a crap shoot...

Mikl's Route (5.12a) - The aid route, Spiderman's Route, up the center of The Prow roof, was led cleanly and freed by Mikl Law on July 17, 2004.--from Indy's website

Here is my interpretation of the line:

A single number does not accurately convey the difficulty of the line, especially on the YDS. A better way of describing the free climbing is a section of 5.7 to a single V5 move to a short section of 11+.
