The historic "official" grade in the old West Point guide was 5.10-
The historic route description was:
"Climb 15 feet to ledge underneath small left facing corners in the overhang. Directly up surmounting overhang to inside corner facing right capped with overhang. Move to left outside face after clip and up face to top. On top rope, the original guillotine was done by Eric Walker by traversing out right and up."

Bolts -- years ago there were 11 bolts, but I have not checked to see if that count is still accurate.
