I know it will still be chilly, but is Zion typically 'fairly' climbable in mid November? If so, any suggestions for warmer walls/routes that get the sun? Is it basically over at that point?

great white throne as seen from moonlight buttress.

Hell yes it is. routes that get the most sun in the day would be space shot, desert shield.

moonlight butt gets morning sun but is typically gone by early afternoon. Prodigal should get lots of morning sun as well. TOuchstone would get late day sun but not much. I may be off here. it has been a year since i have been there and forget the suns schedule most of the time for teh season in which i was there. I just recall being pissed at those on space shot and the shield as i was freezing nutz on moonlight.

all in all the weather is not too bad though. we were cold but not miserable. great time of year to go as the traffic is down slightly for people bivying at least. you will still get your share of free climbers blasting in a day.

have fun.
