Description
The Southern Walls are a collection of mini crags spread out along the south trending edge of the canyon. Small clusters of shorter routes and some moderate grades can be found in isolated areas, as you hike south along the cliffband away from the South End of the Main Wall.
Cool lines do exist for those wishing to escape a crowded Main Wall. Right now, The Grotto is the first little area you will come to. It's hard to miss. Just past The Grotto by a few minutes is The Thing Area, with the Deep South being the furthest area from the South End of the Main Wall.
