The perfect walk off from the "Via del Buco&q...

Description

Park at the Falzarego Pass parking lot and hike up one of the many trails or old roads to the base of the climb. The exact base of the climb starts at a little scree gully left of a huge chimney system. The start is well marked with paint, pins, and people lined up.

Protection

Standard small rack. It tends to have fixed pins at times and fixed belays of good quality due to the popular nature of the route. To descend traverse west and descend a gully to a ledge then go right about half way along this ledge and rappel to a larger gully which will lead you down and left to your starting point.

There are 2 upper finish variations in addition to 2 variations to begin the route; this gives 4 different combinations, all of which are great with excellent rock.
