Description Suggest change

Sitting at the southeastern edge of Shangri-La is this large boulder with over a dozen problems from V-easy to V4 making it a great stop for beginners or those wanting a few more problems.

  • An easy descent for the boulder exists on the left side of the east face down Problem L or Problem N.

Getting There Suggest change

The easiest way if coming from the vicinity of the main trail is past Frank's Boulder and up the rocky canyon upslope from it.

 Once you crest the hill and start heading downhill the boulder will come into view on your right at the edge of the meadow.

  •  Approach time is 10-15 minutes.
