A little bit of climbing in the Rose Dome area.

Description

This section contains routes that are South and/or east of Steamboat Springs.

Getting There

Most of the climbing is off Rabbit Ears Pass. Take US Highway 40 south out of Steamboat and drive up the pass. For the Rose Domes and Sarvis Creek Domes, turn right on the road marked Buffalo Park. For Rabbit Ears Peak, turn left toward Dumont Lake. Other areas are located near Stagecoach Reservoir.
