I think the placement looks decent. Not stellar, but really a non-issue. Since the route doesn't seem to wander, the cam wouldn't really be being pulled around in any direction with enough force to make a small cam like that walk much. Directionally, if he fell, it would be absolutely fine.
That being said, if it was even remotely an issue, it would be one that could be solved by a runner, or even just a light QD to give it a bit more play.
Awesome fall. Big balls for the runout, but I gotta say I agree with Scott. If that thing walked, which we'll never ever know, it would have flared and popped bigtime. You don't have to climb .12b (which as a disclaimer, I cannot) on gear to know that. Awesome vid.
