softshell pants?

I don't know what they are called, but they are pants that are semi-tight but with strings at the bottom so you close the pants around the ankle. Looks like they would be awesome for climbing in. Not sure what they are called though. Anyone know what I'm talking about and have any recommendations?

There's a lot that would fit this description.. But on the topic of great soft shell pants, the Prana stretch zions would have to that the win for that. Comfy, durable, adjustable, simple, legs roll up. Totally worth the money.
